Chechen president appoints new district head
CHECHNYA, 6 March, Caucasus Times: Chechen President Ramzan Kadyrov introduced the new head of the Vedenskiy district administration to his staff today.
Well-known businessman, Ali Sinbarigov, who until now lived and worked in Stavropol Territory, was appointed to this post, sources at the presidential administration told a Caucasus Times correspondent.
His predecessor Rizvan Tantalashev was appointed adviser to the Chechen president.
A new head of the Vedenskiy district interior division has been appointed under directives of the Chechen interior minister. Rasul Isayev, former commander of a company of the Chechen Interior Ministry in Naurskiy District, took the job.
