Chechen fans are going to Moscow
CHECHNYA, September 7, Caucasus Times – Chechen fans of the “Terek” football club may attend a match between “Terek” and Swiss “Basel” in Moscow on September 16, Chechen officials said in an interview with Caucasus Times correspondent.
“Chechen fans will come to Moscow by the train provided by Chechen authorities to attend the UEFA Cup match at Moscow stadium to encourage their team (late month they were at the match of “Terek” with “Lekh” from Poland). Now, the fans will have to pay only 900 rubles and the government pay for the remainder,” an official of Chechen government.
The trip of fans was arranged by Chechen government and the Ministry of sports, tourism and youth policy and of the republic. Chechen residents going to the Moscow match should apply to the Minstry and have identification documents and money. The Moscow-bound train pulls out at Grozny railroad station on September 14.
