DAGESTAN, February 4, Caucasus Times – Yesterday at 10.50 p.m. an improvised bomb went off in Makhachkala in the vicinity of a training center of the police, Caucasus Times correspondent reports citing the regional Interior Ministry.
The bomb charge was at leas 2,2 lb, the police experts said. The blast damaged two buildings and a fence nearby. Luckily, there are no casualties reported. As of now, the incident has not been qualified as terror act. The police opened a vandalism case.
