Adygheiya again without its prime minister

The president of Republic of Adygheiya Khazret Sovemen got the prime
minister Gennady Mikichura’s resignation on Saturday.

As the Caucasus Times correspondent reports citing a source in the
president’s administration office the prime minister resigned due to
his conflict with the president’s adviser Shamsuddin Togouzh, who had
been nicknamed in the republic Grey Cardinal, standing behind the
scene.

For reminder, Sergei Kleschiyev, the chief of the president’s
administration office had been also dismissed by Sovemen’s decree late last
week.

The second decree appointed Taliy Beretar the chief of administration
office. Before Mr. Beretar was put back in office he headed the Constitutional chamber of Adygheiya.
